ACI promotes a special tax regime called Creative Industries Park, so far unique in the world

AKI with UNDP Accelerator Lab has been organizing Creative Industries Festival "Create4" since 2022, each festival is attended by about 3000 people, mostly future creators with creators in the present.

The official partners of the Create4 Festival from 2022 were AUCA and in 2023 the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek.

Brand development
We demonstrate and explain to society the value of creative work, the right of creative workers to be considered employed, to have all legal rights, to create freely, to own the rights to the results of their work and to receive high remuneration.

We train each other and attract high professionals from abroad for this. We solve other relevant issues for creative industries.

Promoting Interests
We enter into a dialogue with the state, explain the paramount importance of the creative economy for Kyrgyzstan, achieve a special status for creative entrepreneurs and the removal of barriers to development.

We help creative entrepreneurs in Kyrgyzstan to promote their products within the Central Asian region and enter export markets. We cooperate for this with foreign associations - in Central Asia and around the world.

- Glad to inform, Supervisory Board of CIP was ratified by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on February 22, 2024
- Kanyshai Mamytova was officially selected as a CIP Director on April 4, 2024
- Public Foundation "Directorate of Creative Industries Park" was registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 9, 2024
- Registration forms had been affirmed and the process of registering of the potential residents according to the Law on Creative Industries Park had started since May, 2024. For more details, please visit: cip.kg
CIP is a virtual park. CIP residents will work at their own locations and take part in events organized by the Directorate at designated locations.
